Female investors made over AED118 Billion ($32bn) of Dubai real estate transactions last year
In 2024 alone, female investors in Dubai poured over AED 118 billion ($32.1 billion) into the real estate sector. That’s more than 50,000 transactions—proof that women are not just entering the market, but owning it.
Women now make up 34% of all real estate investors in Dubai, a significant shift that signals growing interest in long-term, stable investments. As Majida Ali Rashid, CEO of the Real Estate Development Sector at the Dubai Land Department (DLD), puts it: women are key to the future of real estate in the city.
This isn’t just about numbers. It’s about leadership, strategy, and economic impact. Women bring strong vision and decision-making power—not just for their families, but for shaping the broader real estate landscape. Their growing influence supports Dubai’s D33 economic agenda and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033.
The DLD is actively working to support this momentum. Initiatives like the Real Estate Empowerment Programme and the Dubai Real Estate Brokers Programme have already drawn more than 1,000 women into the field. They’re also expanding access to investment incentives, flexible financing, and leadership opportunities in real estate.
At DreamDwell Properties, we see this not just as a trend, but as a permanent shift. We’re committed to supporting women who are building wealth, securing their futures, and shaping the skyline of Dubai—one smart move at a time.
Thinking of investing? Let’s talk. DreamDwell is here to help you make your move—confidently and strategically.
